"Platform"

The ch99 website (ch99.lat) and all services, games, tools, and interfaces connected to it.

"User" or "You"

Any person who has registered on the ch99 platform or is using the services.

"Account"

The user's personal profile created by registering on the Platform, where balance, betting history, and personal information are stored.

"Real Money"

Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) deposited into an account by a user via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

"Bonus"

Additional funds or benefits granted by ch99 as promotional offers, subject to specific wagering conditions.

Age Restriction

ch99 services are available only to individuals aged 21 and above. Age is verified at the time of registration, and the Platform reserves the right to close any account where false information has been provided.

One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person or household is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all accounts and their balances being forfeited.

Accurate Information

The name, phone number, and payment details provided at registration and withdrawal must be completely accurate. Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. Report any unauthorized use of your account to our support team immediately.

Accepted Payment Methods

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (applicable to all methods). There is no set maximum deposit limit, though identity verification may be required for large transactions.

Withdrawal Limits & Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, withdrawals may be delayed if the identity verification process has not been completed.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals must be made using the payment method registered to the account. Withdrawals may be put on hold if verification has not been completed. Accounts may be subject to investigation in cases of suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳6,000 gives a ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳11,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Important: wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined sum of deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means you must place bets worth ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 before withdrawing the bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• A promotional offer may be claimed only once per account.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after the bonus is activated.
• If the wagering requirement is not met, both the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be cancelled.
• ch99 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are for personal entertainment only — using bonuses in any professional betting activity is prohibited.

VIP Program

The ch99 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.5%), and Gold (up to 0.8%). Players have the opportunity to advance to a higher tier based on their activity and contributions.

Cheating & Manipulation

• Attempting to influence game outcomes using software or technology.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Sharing an account or playing on behalf of another person.
• Creating multiple accounts by artificial means to obtain bonuses ("bonus abuse").

Money Laundering

ch99 follows a zero-tolerance policy against money laundering and transactions involving illegal funds. Relevant authorities may be notified in cases of suspicious transactions, and the account will be immediately suspended.

Consequences of Violations

Violating these rules may result in ch99 suspending or permanently closing an account without notice, forfeiting the balance, and taking legal action if necessary.

Copyright & Ownership

All content published on the ch99 platform — logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and designs — is the exclusive property of ch99 or used under applicable licenses. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use these materials commercially.

Limited License

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

Data Collection & Use

ch99 collects and processes users' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to this collection and processing of your data.
